We are looking for a project assistant (m/f/d) for a global industrial company for the Hamburg location as soon as possible .

Your tasks:

• Professional support of the project teams as well as preliminary work and supervision of customer projects
• Extensive appointment and meeting coordination as well as their preparation and follow-up
• Support of project controlling by pre-checking invoices and supplements
• Maintaining the project databases and evaluating the cost overview
• Participation in the preparation of offers and independent invoice tracking
• Creation of project-related presentations and reports
• Contact person (m/f) for our customers on project and organizational issues

Your skills:

• Completed commercial, technical or real estate training or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a comparable position (ideally already some experience in the construction and real estate industry)
• Confident use of MS Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Resilience, flexibility, initiative and self-confident appearance
• Solution-oriented way of working and an affinity for numbers
• Fluency in spoken and written English
